Returns Policy

Lost or delayed items

If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please let me know so we can get it investigated. Please check with your neighbours/building supervisor/local delivery office first in case it’s sitting in a corner somewhere. All packages have my return address displayed so the worst case is usually that they turn up back here.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct address where you can easily receive parcels. I cannot be held responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully and inform me of any issues. If a package has to be re-sent because of a failure on your part you will be liable for additional postage costs.

Recorded Delivery is available for UK packages for a small additional cost. This is the most reliable method of postage and should be used if you have any doubts about access to your address. Parcels sent without Recorded Delivery are at your own risk so I strongly advise you to choose this option.

Order and Address Discrepancies

At present, I am unable to edit information in your order on my system. If you inform me of any corrections or changes to your address or order these will not show up in your shipping confirmation email. I will of course apply them to your actual order.

Care of items

Any hand or machine washing of items is done at your own risk, unless clearly stated in the item description. All items are created and stored in a smoke and pet-free environment.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item please return as packaged and in unused condition within seven days of receipt for a full refund via PayPal, minus shipping costs. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear will not incur a refund. Custom orders can only be returned by agreement with myself. Please email me to discuss your problem before returning any items. Where the return policy differs, it will be stated in the item description.

Damaged and faulty items

Everything is stress tested so it should hold together as well as most shop-bought items. If an item arrives damaged or breaks in the first 90 days, I will repair it for free or replace with a similar item. Items broken due to excessive wear or use before or after the 90 day period can also be repaired for a small fee. Please email me to discuss.

Fraud

Shopify checks for fraud as part of the order process. If an order is flagged as possible fraud, I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund in full without explanation. If you think I am making a mistake with your order, feel free to contact me to discuss.

I want you to be happy with your purchase so please email me with any problems and I’ll do my best to help you out. I’m always looking to improve my service so all feedback is happily accepted.
